Andi | Denver Colorado High School Senior Photography

Blog post #3 for high school senior photography week and this morning we are featuring Andi’s senior session. For her photo session we did a mix of nature and urban, starting at a beautiful local park that had soft colored flowers and a great waterfall feature. After that we hit up a nearby shopping center to give her a little more of an urban/edgy look. I love how her fucsia colored top really made her stand out away from the busy backgrounds. Mother nature was not on our side the day of her session. Dark clouds loomed in the distance, which provided some great light for a little while. But then after capturing a few images at the urban location our session was cut short by downpouring rain. We set up a time to finish her session a couple days later. I hadn’t gotten my fill of the last location yet so we met there, did a few more photos, then headed to her home to grab some great images with her puppy dog. I love being able to tie in special locations to my photo sessions – one of the perks to not having a studio space out here in Denver!
