While COVID-19 has really put a damper on a lot of things, one of the positives of the Stay-At-Home orders is being able to finally get my new website up and running, and now it’s time to tackle the blog! I won’t lie, blogging is hard for me as I have to be in the right mindset to write, but it’s time to make a valiant effort to relaunch this thing! I figured a great way to kick it all off is by featuring each of my Class of 2020 high school seniors. These guys have lost a lot in the past couple months and their high school career isn’t ending how they planned, but in the end they will have graduated and that’s a HUGE milestone definitely worth celebrating!
Let’s start by introducing you to Dawson. Knowing his summer would be filled with lots of work and not much flexibility, Dawson was actually one of the very first (other than my Street Team) to book his senior pictures session. We photographed his session in downtown Stillwater, Minnesota at the very beginning of June, right after school got out for the summer.
Dawson is a very laid back guy with a casual style, so shooting in the alleyways of downtown Stillwater was perfect. I love how we got 3 very different looks all within a 2 block radius of the photo studio.
Check out some of my favorite photos from Dawson’s high school senior photo session below and learn a little bit more about him.
What are you looking forward to the most during your senior year?
Graduating and going to college. I will be turning 18 and will be able to vote in the next election.
Where is your favorite place on Earth?
Target Field
What are your favorite things in your closet?
My many pairs of Nike shoes.
If you were given a million dollars tomorrow and had only one day to spend it, what would you do?
Buy season tickets to every Minnesota Sports Team. I would buy my mom a car of her choice, I would donate some to charity.
Congratulations on your graduation, Dawson! Wishing you lots of luck on your future endeavors!
