Your senior year is finally here! You've been preparing for this for the last 12 years and it's your first big milestone as you transition into the adult world. Let's make sure we document this time in a way that's true to you! Whether you want to be photographed in the city, or in a flower field, on top of a mountain or at your school's football field - we plan out your session so it's custom to YOU! I believe you deserve photos that showcase who you are, bring out your style and personality, and that you are excited to show off.

From the pre-session planning questionnaire and clothing tips, to posing you in just the right way at your session, I'm here to make sure you have a great, relaxed experience and walk away with photos that not only capture your story in this moment but are photos that you LOVE!

I love photographing senior sessions outdoors on location. This way we can create one of a kind images in a setting that is meaningful to you. However, if you’re wanting some photos indoors I do have two studio locations – one in Stillwater, MN and one in Clarion, IA.
Want something really unique? I travel to Denver, Colorado and Sarasota, Florida a couple times each year and am open to travel anywhere worldwide. Check out my travel schedule to see where I am headed to next, but definitely feel free to inquire about a different location or time!
No worries at all – I am here to help! Once your session time is reserved, I send you a questionnaire that helps me learn a little bit more about who you are, what your ideas are for senior photos (if you have any specific requests!) and then we start planning your session from there. I also encourage my seniors to start a Pinterest board of ideas to share with me so that I can get an idea of what you like.
For clothing – I have a list of dos and don’ts I will share with you. But most importantly for clothing, I want YOU to be comfortable and wear what you love. You can always bring a few extra outfits if you are unsure and I can help style you.
Not sure what to do or how to pose during your session? I’ve got you covered there, too! We’ll find a location with great lighting and backgrounds and I’ll help pose you so you look your best. All you need to do is bring your smile and be ready to have some fun.
Most high school seniors book their photo session during the summer between their junior and senior year. This ensures that we have enough time to submit the ever-important yearbook photo before the deadlines, which typically fall during the first few months of the new school year.
All sessions include at least a 30 minute session and at least one outfit (most include multiple!). Each session also comes with some product credit which is money to use towards any prints and products you want. When you place your order you can choose one of my Print Collections or you can order right off the ala carte menu.
Need to submit a yearbook photo to the school? Not a problem! When you place your order, we will choose the image you’d like and I will email it to the school on your behalf – FOR FREE!
